Christy Lontine is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, South Dakota, and Wyoming, as well as a seasoned investor and property management expert.
With 15 years of experience in real estate business development, sales, and renovation, she has created a full-service real estate management company. Driven by a deep passion for the industry, Christy’s goal is to be the best in the field, which is why she opened her own business—to set a new benchmark for excellence in property management. Her team, consisting of property managers, leasing agents, accountants, attorneys, contractors, and vendors, ensures a smooth and professional experience, delivering the highest level of customer service to every SPM client.
Amy Fox has resided in Laramie County for four decades and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming in Agricultural Economics.
She has twenty-three years of experience in real estate, customer service, and communication. She prides herself as a determined, hard worker that always gets the job done for her clients. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers in residential, rural residential and farm/ranch properties. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her horses and other farm animal friends. Amy also enjoys spending time with her son going to barrel races and team roping events.
As the CTO of Superior Property Management, Eric Kreager is responsible for driving the company’s business strategy and optimizing systems to ensure smooth operations.
With extensive experience in transforming businesses into successful ventures, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge in both property management and technological innovation. Additionally, he is a licensed insurance broker, further enhancing his ability to provide comprehensive solutions for his clients and the clients of SPM. His expertise ensures Superior Property Management remains at the forefront of industry innovation and client satisfaction.
Rich Resler supports sales and marketing at Superior Property Management, leveraging his studies in Entrepreneurship and Blockchain to bring innovative, tech-driven strategies and lasting value to the real estate market.
Our team at Superior Property Management thrives with my contributions in sales and marketing, bolstered by 2 years of study in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Blockchain from the University of Wyoming College of Business.
